Did a double work out yesterday went did weight training (back) felt good. Slept like a baby and was up and ready for work out this morning and did biceps and triceps, hit showers and sauna felt great. All food prepped and ready for the day ahead as its my biggest carb day today, really hoping to lose 2 pounds this week.
