I have so much on my mined that inorder to fall asleep I had to listen to my Bible. I'm not pigging out though like I normally do when I am stressed. That is a break through for me. Earlier I went to eat a small resse's pumpkin shaped snack but I looked at the calories first. Did you know there are 90 CALORIES IN THAT LITTLE THING. I can eat a fiber one Brownie for that same amount of satisfaction and more chocolate. I have off tonight so I ha e to try to go back to sleep.
