Wonderful!!! I myself would be happy for just a plateau. I have been struggling back and forth with the same 10 lbs for weeks but I WILL get the better of it and continue on to my goal. Kudos for your breakthrough!!!

I have had a 10 day plateau, the scale moved this morning. We just have to wait, it will come. never give up.
