So proud of myself for going to the gym 4 days this week despite me attributing my weight gain due to gyming more :)
Fat is coming off and I'm getting some muscle growth.
I've been following my fasting method of weight loss for almost a year and I'm really happy that my muscle mass has increased whilst my bodyfat has decreased.
Strength has increased.
I still have lots of bodyfat but will post before and after pics after I succeed in losing 30kg although it might still be embarrassing to do so. lol.
