This morning, my scales read 86.8. This is a landmark for me, although it is a morning weight, taken in a nightie, after sleep and before breakfast. It's not official, and it won't be recorded as such, because my 'official' weight has to be taken around lunch-time, and in day clothes.
Why is this a landmark? Simply because the highest weight that I ever recorded was 116.8 kg. Even with this new unofficial weight, it means I am about 30 kg lighter!!! Such an achievement...............Can't believe that I did it.
