My pre-pregnancy weight last year was 58kg. My postpartum weight this year is 68kg. My goal weight is 60kg. Currently breastfeeding so need to keep my calories up & eat healthy. I'm reducing the amount of unhealthy snacking & increasing my water intake. Currently having 3 meals per day with late lunch being my largest meal. Aiming for half a kilo weight loss per day 🙏
