Last night I lifted weights, the only "formal" exercise I did yesterday. I was able to up the number of reps I did on a couple of the exercises. woo hoo!! My asthma seems a little better today. The third inhaler must be working. I am going to hold off at least one more day for aerobic exercise so that I don't aggravate it. I always joke this time of year that I am moving to Barrow, Alaska. But I do appreciate the fresh fruits and veggies my hubby grows in his garden. Enjoy the weekend!
