Day 2 of re-induction..So far so good.Weighing and measuring everything again.Guess I did went a little over board with eye-balling servings.Portions look smaller now that I measure everything,so I probaly was eating too many carbs, even though they were always on plan.....Lesson learned...Went for a short walk this morning and now cleaning house the rest of the day.

Nonna - I understand. You'd think after a while I'd learn what 1 oz. of almonds or 1 tbsp. cream looks like, but if I go a couple of days without measuring I totally blow it. You have a good day too.
