Guess who got a full workout in for the first time in quite a while, woo hoo! Wow, have I missed that! I did an hour and half walk jog and then 30 minutes on the bike. In a little while I will get my arm weight done. I am looking at another busy week but also looking at how I can get my exercise in. I need it.

It's so hard with high-stress/demanding jobs, but there are moments you can steal away some exercise. I push to get to work 45 minutes early so I can get a run in on warmer (above 20 degrees) days. Not easy, but it helps.
