Im kinda in a funk the last week and I feel I am not trying as hard as I as I need to be. I get in this mode of why do this even though I know the reasons behind it. Not certain if it has to do with crazy weather or boredom.I need to find an exercise that i truly love besides walking and hiking. So Ill exercise and hope it pulls me out of it.

So much of it is the nutrition plan, so check to be sure you are eationg enough and eating well. Good Luck!

You are doing well with your weight loss -- 4 pounds in a month -- so don't beat yourself up so much. On the other hand, if your food tracking is accurate, you may be eating too little and feeling a bit depressed as a result. You might want to read up a bit on nutrition and gradually adjust your diet a bit. Walking and hiking are excellent exercise and will definitely take the pounds off if you're consistent. But I agree -- it's great ot have something else you really enjoy. I've started ice skating, and I'm really glad I did. But for sure, if you are going to add exercise, it would be a good idea to eat more!
