Well I am in Glasgow and it is forcing me to walk the city. I sure hope something happens like some lbs leaving. 5.5 miles is major for me. Other day was 3.5 and the day before was 4.5. I’m a bit in pain but I’m gonna try to push myself so I can see all the sites the city offers. Tried an electric bike and well that was terrorizing. Almost bit it a few times that someone asked if I was ok. Maybe I looked like death. I have not had and heart flutters or whatnot. Feeling good inside minus muscle pain from not exercising. Maybe this will kick my big boody into action. I expect not but I like to think like I will! Thais all I have. The end 😑
