I'm using ozempic because I'm pre-diabetic however I have my blood sugar pretty much under control now. Ozempic really makes you think about how much you are putting in your mouth. if you overeat you really pay for it. since you can digest it very fast a too full stomach that is churning chime for hours makes for very unpleasant belching and painful gas. Acid reflux is a real problem for me you can not imagine how unpleasant that is for me. small meals on the bland side, small portions of meat and eating things like sugar free jello cups and fresh vegetables, tons. cottage cheese so far hasn't been a bother.
