I need to drink more water. I've been working out recently which has been nice, I hope that it'll help out my body, energy etc. I've also been stretched a fair amount afterwards. I miss being more flexible. I've had os much stress and anxiety lately it kind of cripples my progress. Now i'm just comfortably maintaining rather than losing, even if I'm below the calorie count. Likely it's attributed to high carb and low protein I've been getting (Just sharing my thoughts, not looking for advice). I hope this all will pass soon.
