I attended the funeral of a very close college friend on Saturday :( He was one of our drinking buddies so I knew that meeting some of our friends there after 12 not seeing them in 12 years was going to lead to a session of drinking alcohol and celebrating the life of a legend.
Glad I packed an overnight bag!!! Stayed over for the night as I don't drive when I consume alcohol. I never record anything in my food diary. Too many beers, shots, pizzas, etc. to keep track of. Getting back on track today.
Although it was a sad day, there was some humor on Saturday - I put on my black formal shirt but it looked like a tent on me! I was shocked at how much I had actually slimmed down. Then I put my jeans on and my belt had run out of holes! I put it on the last hole and my jeans was still falling of me. I ended up changing my formal shirt to a throwback(what I'm known for usually using) and that throwback was fitting very nicely on me as I could not use it when I was fatter. My friends who saw me in person after 12 years were absolutely shocked at how I looked and kept complimenting me.
