So, Haven't really weighed myself for the last 5 days considering that I'm on my 4th day of the monthly cycle. I haven't even been working out for that long (5 days!) because of the stupid and painful cramps that tag along with this mess. However, I have been diligently taking care of my diet. I controlled myself from eating yummy but damaging things on Friday for dinner although I was at a grand hotel for a friend's wedding. I even controlled myself from eating the Baskin Robbins' Ice cream (which I love a lot of all the ice creams in the world) and didn't allow myself to indulge into a late night snack. I have recently been feeling like I have the kind of self-control I thought I was lacking all these years of failed weight-loss attempts. I guess a bigger part is being played by the tracker because I am finally confronting all the calories I never imagined I was putting in my body. Hopefully, this journey will continue and bring me about the positive results I have been always aiming for, for all these years of my gone youth. Definitely not giving up at this point :)
