Lately I have been using the saved meals part of this App but not for whole meals as I first used it, but for single ingredients that I use a lot. For example, Red Onions, Shallots, Mushrooms, Brown Rice and so on.
When I have an omelette for breakfast and just use different ingredients each day, I just go and pick my saved ingredients and only need the weight and can change (usually to grams) most foods so I can amend the weights to calories.
For example if an ingredient is expressed as 1/4 Cup, I change that to grams, put in whatever it weighs like a weird number say 27 grams and out comes the adjusted calories.
I also use very precise names when I save each thing and add an emoticon because the number of saved items is now grown larger than several screenfuls on my mobile. I love it 😻
