as the 1st month of the yr comes to a close, my new strategy for weighing myself, more 3/4 x wk, has worked out pretty well. this week's average as well as the month total averages comes to 126.6#.. I'm very pleased, and proud of myself for trying and mostly being successful in not weighing in every day.. Starting Monday, and a new month, I'm cutting back even more, and only weigh m/w/f.. this should work out ok too, and further help break my obsession with the scales!! Hope everyone's goals are going well.
