at least you had a reason.... 

lol!!! I always have a reason ... just not sure they are valid reasons!! 

My frustration go to is wine. Hard to find new coping strategies but not impossible. Hope you have a better week. 

Carol, I hear you on so many levels. Life isn't always easy, seldom is. sorry you caved to the munchies but that's life, isn't the first, won't be the last. All we can hope for is to do better tomorrow! Hope your Tuesday is as awesome as you are!
