Up and so anxious today, this weather is beautiful. Just like a summer day!
Ran during Lunch for 15 on and 15 off. Great workout! I'm trying to alter the way I eat, I tend to eat more carbs and I'm a protein "needer". So I'm really trying to see what foods are causing me to have higher carbs so i can learn to stay away and try to get more protein in, which tends to make burn calories and stay fuller longer.

thanks Pking, but I feel a little off, and my workouts are hard because I quit doing it all. I did take up running which I'm starting to really like. I do it on intervals, run then walk then run. Cause it's easier until I get used to it. But thank you for the support!
