I was HUNGRY yesterday and finally used "will power" to stop myself from additional snacking about 8:30 last night. However, I did make healthy choices and I drank GOBS of water yesterday. The bloated, draggy feeling of yesterday is gone and another record fluctuation recorded!!
I have an early and a late appointment today!! Hopefully another productive day at work ... it felt so good to make a dent in my "to do" list yesterday. ONE WEEK FROM TODAY ... I will be giving my luggage the once over, making sure I have packed everything I need for our trip to Mexico!!! Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!!!
