1. Wake 5am, Vitamins, Breakfast-1 toast, 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 water, 2 coffee.
2. Gym 6:15-715am:
3. Snack- 1 Orange, 10 mixed nuts, 1 bottled water, 1 cup of cofeee no sugar.
4. Lunch-Spinich Quiche, 10 mixed nuts, 1 oranges, 2 bottled water, 2 cups coffee.
5. Snack- 1 Orange, 1 Carrot.
6. Dinner-Undetermined.
7. Bedtime- Hit the hay, wake up, and do it again.

Just out of curiosity :) do you take any protein after you workouts at the gym? it's very important to do that in order to get full benefits of your hard work.
