My boyfriend took me to LoneStar for dinner and I thought I did very well. Chopped steak with onions, broccoli, butter, side salad and water. I think it was the onions because they tasted sweet I should have asked. I am now up 0.8 now, disappointed but I am going to keep going!! Drinking lots of water today and water aerobics later!
