On day 5 of a cold that is now settling into my chest. Not feeling like I have a lot of energy but I am trying. Yesterday was a crazy day and I never did get on here. We had our work party and I probably don't want to know the calories I ate, but I also really tried to keep things in portion size. I watched as some people filled more than one plate and was thankful that I am not doing that anymore. No judgment on them, their life not mine. But I know what I need to do for me, and that is all I can be in control of. After lunch we had a white elephant gift exchange, boy was it cut throat. I made it home with a hello kitty hat. =) Tonight is the Christmas program at school. Here is hoping my boys sing. They did this morning in practice, but no one was in there, we'll see. =) So I got in a nice walk this afternoon since this evening is busy. It's the little things right? Have a great one!
