I've had such a hard time getting in enough calories for the past couple of days since I went into ketosis and upped my protein just a bit. I've read not to force feed on keto, but I just really don't like seeing them that low. I would have been at about 600 calories today without forcing a little more.

On another note, I saw a cross fit gym while Christmas shopping today. I wanted to go to one so bad when I had gotten so into lifting last year. Sounds like another goal after I get some muscle memory pumped back up.

I was the same way today. I ended around 888 calories because I forced myself to eat some celery and blue cheese. For some reason I'm just not that hungry!

It's because our bodies' are steadily snacking on body fat, Tiffany. Now that's a lovely thought :)

Not to worry...I ate your calories for you and still stayed within most of my ranges. Went to Billage Inn and had a delicious French toast combo :D I'm a baconholic so only eating the two pieces that came with my combo was success at it's best!
