I'm back and non-all too soon. I have been off track for a while now and decided it's time for me to try again. Especially now. I have a wedding next year and I would love to be healthy for both myself and my love during that time. It's hard to lose weight, especially when you are in a up hill battle with other physical conditions, but I need to get my weight back down this time.
Sorry guys for not being around, but I will be more active now hopefully.
