Almost 5 years ago, I was so disgusted with my weight and embarked on this journey. I had many emotional setbacks during that time (alright and I just love good food!) and managed to slingshot past that weight and become 20 pounds heavier. Well, 4 more pounds and I'll reach my former "heavy weight." I can't wait to hit that milestone!
