Finally slept good last night, first night in quite a while, but I dreamed of work, ha! I have the entire week of Thanksgiving off and I am looking forward to it. Surprisingly, since I went up in pounds with my weights, I am not sore today. That is very encouraging to me. Have a good one friends!

you have more strength than you realize! - when I go heavier I always am surprised I can do a few reps, and then I go down one size to complete the circuit. Then the next time I go heavier, I find I can do more...and more, then I have moved up !
