I'm kind of disappointed in myself. I keep having little cheats and then eating well besides those. If only I didn't do those cheats I'd be losing more weight/faster. My resolved has weakened by these too sugary, too salty, too processed foods. When I first taste it I don't eat it very fast because I'm not use to the taste but by the end I just end up eating more or faster than I intended. I kind of have a binging problem with anything that tastes really good to me. I don't want to fall back into my old ways.

I always think those things too. Like, what if I didnt have that half cup of ice cream last night? Or what if I didn't have that extra serving at dinner? Unfortunately we can't dwell on those thoughts or else they will suck us in!
