Too much sitting! Today I will have to make it a point to get out of the house and do at least 2 hours of walking. All the desk work is blahhhhh.

I have some live presentations to perform this coming Saturday for Bark for Life & the American Cancer Society, Rio Rancho, New Mexico. We will be filming on location. I'm very excited, however feeling stressed and pressured to get everything done.

I was just given my schedule on Monday. I have 7 - 10 minute mini presentations to write. I got 5 done last night into this morning. 2 more to go.

The topics will be surrounding Well-Being for Pets and People.
