i just to returned the gym today. i spent an hour on the treadmill, keeping my mind focused on positive and good things in my life. i felt really good when i was done. got in some nice stretches and headed home to work :)

i somehow developed community pneumonia. i have not been to the gym since last monday march 28. lost my appetite and have been just eating proteins to bring up my immunity. went to the doc last friday april 1 to follow up and now its just allergies and congestion. lost weight despite just eating proteins, its been very low carb unintentionally, however its what my bod is craving. down two more pounds. looking forward to going to the gym again. i miss moving around!

Looks as though my effort to lose weight is paying off. I'm exercising and dieting. I'm allowing myself days off, so I can slowly integrate my more permanent eating styles. I'd like to see less grains, less junk, more fruits / greens and proteins in my diet. I find that when I stick to this lifestyle the weight just falls off. Also trying to graze more to keep my metabolism up. Choosing foods like celery and carrots to snack on feels like a right choice.
