I'm definitely on the struggle bus. The only thing keeping me on track is the scale and watching the pounds come off. I'm not one of those people who can lose weight gradually because I really enjoy food! Have to push on through and get to a reasonable weight and then learn how to maintain. The struggle is real! lols.
