I'm thankful for Fat Secret right now because it is motivating me to stay on track. It is also helping me to connect with others on a similar journey. Having a sense of community and connection is important.

I'm thankful that it's a beautiful day, I'm accomplishing a lot at work, and the weekend is almost here.
