Had to cancel my gym session today due to the passing of my uncle and will be at his funeral today. A heart attack and kidney problems at 52 years of age is an example of our future if we don't take care of ourselves in our youth. Will keep my fast going today. Have a good week everyone :)

It is so true that we really have to take care of ourselves and the crazy thing is so many poor lifestyle choices can start being reversed the instant we decide to bring about change. Thinking of you today and sending sincere condolences to you and the family. You might find fasting particularly challenging today. Don't beat yourself up if you cave. Tomorrow is another day.
