Strained my back yesterday making bed. Have done that many times. Doc says don't make bed. Oh yeah I say, I fired the maid hahaha. Can barely walk. Gotta get better, have mamo tomorrow. 70 miles 1 way. Soooo no exercise for me today. Sometimes it takes me 30 days to get over this

I read you shouldn't make your bed everyday anyway, as bed bugs can thrive in cozy, warm, made beds. So there's your excuse NOT to make it :D
