This is definitely a crazy high calorie weekend. My parents do a prayer and prepare lots of non-meat food so basically they turn into vegetarians for a month. The sweetrice(kheer) & chickpeas, vermicelli, etc. has lots of sugar and carbs but so indulgent! I love the fresh brown hardshell coconut since its high in fat. Hoping I don't do too much damage this weekend and I hope all of you are enjoying your weekend :)
