Total meltdown yesterday!!!!! i have two in-grown hairs in my armpit and four on my thigh (probally from all the recent exercise and tight workout pants) so i havent worked out in two days:( i went on a total binge yesterday and ate taco bell, a cheeseburger, and a cup of noodles. wtf was i thinking, i feel like crap today! i am always the first to say that it is ok to have a cheat day once a week, but at long as im still exercising. i am so disappointed in myself, i hate seeing all my hardwork go down the drain!!! -confessions of a food addict
