So much sodium last night caused my weight to spike quite a few pounds, but I've been doing some flushing and feeling much better. I know better than to record it at this point because I know its going to immediately drop.

I will say, foam rolling must be a gift from the universe or something. I was incredibly sore yesterday from Crossfit. All over sore, everything hurt, and I figured I would be in pain for at least the next two days. I did a little bit of foam rolling last night and I feel like a new person. Well maybe not a brand new person, but I am significantly less sore than I was. I didn't realize how helpful it would be to assist in recovery time.
