Not very well actually. My weight has been hanging around 65/66kg since mid August and hasn't really moved. I have one dip which was an error on the scales. I did this once, I should be able to do it again. But there's a big difference this time.
The first time round I lost 6 stone. There was no food diary, no exercise diary. I wasn't monitoring anything. My plan for the whole 2 years was - go to the gym 3 times a week, no snacking, no puddings.
