Push ups today.
Sets - 22,30,20,20
My max after sets - 28.
Just made the minimum. Found week 3 really difficult. Week 4 looks horrendous. But....I never thought I'd get to week 4, so I'll see how it goes. Trouble is optimism and drive isn't something that comes naturally to me. I know from looking at other people's results the end of week 4 is where a lot of people have to repeat weeks.

well done, it does get hard now you muscles are beginning to remember what they have to do and they don't want to do, show them who the boss is, keep pushing them out, count down how many sessions you have left and tick them off. Show them you are not like other people, just think of the satisfaction you will et if you can crack week four without a repeat, just think of the confidence going through you as you hit week five
