Didn't weigh myself today, as I always do it after coffee but before food. Today I ate before I had a chance. Was awake, dressed and ready to leave the house 2 hours before normally wake up. Tired, and I ate way too much too soon. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that being tired loosens the brakes on indiscriminate eating.
But there's a good side to this site. Writing down what I ate, and noting the calories, lets me know that it may have been a binge, but I'm not over my calorie intake for the day. I can even have a microwave meal! Normally I would have just been unhappy that I binged and used the rest of the day to revisit foods I like but haven't been eating because they're unnecessary & fattening. Like pizza and Baskin Robbins Pralines and Cream. Would have been much more damage.
