I measured my tummy this morning and it was roughly around 119cm - 120cm. That's about 2cm to 4cm lost on my tummy because I think my tummy was last measured at either 124cm or 122cm.
Today has been full of carbs as its a holy day so we have to abstain from meat and ate vegetables only and I had veda(deep fried yellow split peas) and something that's like doughnut centres so my calories are way up today.
Tomorrow is the start of a holy month where abstinence from meat,chicken, fish and eggs is required for an entire month. It's known as fasting and consuming only vegetables. Fortunately I will not abstaining and will continue to consume meat and eggs but my parents are doing it so I can't consume such things on Saturdays at home as it is the main holy day in the week for them. I'll definitely enjoy the vegetable meals on those days :)
