For the first time in my journey so far I reallllly stepped over the line. I ate a whole bag of yogurt pretzels in one sitting. I was so good all day and then I had to fuck it up with my indulgence. I gotta learn to just ignore it. I went to the doctor's today and for the first time, I was happy to see 160 on their scale. Usually it can be around 5 pounds more than I weighed in the morning because of clothes and having eaten etc. But it was good to see myself not over 160. I think I'm gonna have to work extra hard to work off those pretzel :/ They tasted good inthe moment but I'm regretting it now. Especially so late at night.
