Screwed up royally today! Ugh! Feel like a big fat failure!

Don't feel that way..today is a brand new day!! Don't worry about whats already been done, concentrate on what you can do now. We all have days like that, believe I screwed up this weekend, so today I am going for a run, instead of a walk and eating a lil less this week..good luck!

Yes, we all do have these days. Yogamama, you and I must have had the SAME kind of day today. I ate everything in sight, and didn't even really care. My food journal only shows a portion of it all, because I can't remember everything I ate... but it was A LOT. I feel the same way as you feel right now. But, life has its ups and downs, and we'll just mark today as a little bump in our road. Tomorrow WILL be better. I KNOW you have the willpower and determination--I have seen that first hand here on FS. So we messed up today, big deal. We can, and we will, do better the next day!!!!! xoxo

I had the same day on Sunday ... major stress and just ate and ate and ate and ate and kept eating even after I already felt like crap. C'mon now my friend ... we can do this, we know how, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and stay at it with us!!!
