After accomplishing so much weight loss without paying attention to how much carbs, protein and fat I have decided to up the ante and start tweaking my fast days :) My plan as of today is to keep my fast days under 30g of carbs. I really LOVE playing around on my food diary to plan out my meals and adjust it until it gives me the desired goal of 600 calories with under 30g of carbs :D Tomorrow is my official weigh-in and today is a fast day and I love my experiments!!!

With trial and error you will discover what are the "optimal" tricks for your body! ;-) This is when weight loss becomes a pleasure and no longer a mental anguish because one feels that nothing is "working"

LCFF I agree with you, buddy! I had to alter my planned meals as my intended chicken breast lunch was not possible because the butchery did not have them and I had already got back from the mall so I just settled to also have the same chicken giblets and livers meal for both lunch and supper :)
