Today I've probably been at my worst when it comes to indulgences. I haven't had any kind of chips or processed snack for the longest time... Until today. I ate two bags of r the new Lay's flavors that are part of the contest. That alone was almost 1000. They weren't even 100% satisfying >< (besides obvious reasons like sodium). But at least I'm being honest with myself and I'm going to have a delicious healthful dinner. Good thing I didn't go out to eat tonight.

I go spinning again tomorrow, so I should be on the right track again. I'm just thankful that if grown accustomed to not eating junk food. Unfortunately when I get hooked to something, it's often more healthful for me....but also pricey. My RDI is about 2000, but I always try to aim for about half that. SUrprisingly it hasn't had as much of an effect as I thought it would. Maybe I'm missing something?
