My wife tried Nutrisystem a couple years ago on a trial basis. I know it works for some people but she/myself were not impressed with it and ended up cancelling. Just not the thing for us. Wishing you success on your books and publishing, sounds like you must be quite busy with it.

Yes, I am. Nutrisystem might work if the carbs were lower. Sending a person dozens of candy bars to eat for a month is not a good thing. The candy bars just cause extreme cravings. And it is pricey. One can buy cheaper food at the store.

Pricey, the ones I've known who have been on it gained when they went off the plan and started eating regular foods, went back on it because it worked and it was a cycle, they kept going back when they gained it back. More and more $$$ for the company and unhealthy yo yo for the person.

not only that it is all processed.....

I am losing again after getting off of it. It is all processed candy bars. The food is OK. One is not going to maintain weight loss on this diet. It is near starvation. I would rather eat salads or do low carb. DO NOT do this. It is a scam too, they charged me an extra $100.49 for not getting a second month. I lost more by not doing a second month of processed sugar and salt. WAY too much sugary, salty food in this diet.

I am doing better now. DO NOT do this diet. One is better off doing low carb. It kills one appetite a lot better. Way too many sugar bars of candy in it. One is not going to lose weight eating a candy bar (CRAVINGS) as a replacement for a meal. I am losing again.

Have you ever tried low carb high fat? Look up ketogenic approach if interested because you can do low carb but if you eat too much protein the liver will shift it to glucose...which is not what you want.
