Haven't really kept up on journaling or logging. My binging has been on and off lately. The past few days haven't been too horrible, but they haven't been great either. I just have lost the ability to say no, and I have also become a slave to my food cravings. The mix of my horrible nutrition and my lack of exercise caused me to get up to 157 the other day. Unacceptable. I did not work my booty off in 2014 to lose control of my habits and gain 15 pounds back. That is not an option at this point. It feels so far out of my control though, even though I know its not. My weight gain is a direct result of my poor eating, my binging, and my slothiness. Oh, and my lack of motivation. All things which I am in control over, but just don't seem to grasp it anymore. I guess at this point though I am just trying to take it one day at a time. Going to try to work out every other day, and tonight I am going to try to go rollerskating for the first time in a long time. Hopefully I will be able to guilt future hubs into going with me so it'll be more fun. BLAH.

Maybe pick one small thing you do have control over and then expand on it. Asd something easy like drinking all your water for the day...anything!
