Yup! Those french fries again! lol! ESKOM isn't good for fat loss! Had to buy chicken tikka for supper. But at least I'm still more than 15% under my RDI :) Shouldn't knock me too hard off my progress(I hope!) but we shall see the what the scale gods have to say on Thursday morning. 1 fast day away from weigh-in!
