Day one of the rest of summer! God is good. ;-)
Training session - Day 7: 7X run 1min, walk 1min. Total distance: 5.53km, total time: 58 mins.
Having had a rest day yesterday made all the difference. Was able to complete all the run intervals, and only once felt pain in my right hip so that I had to hobble out the interval. Tried pushing off with the front of my feet more and seemed to helped. tomorrow will ask my physiotherapist about all of this!
