Been at 215.2 the last couple of days. Another cold looming...I skipped the elliptical this morning because of that. I've kept to my diet/calorie limits this week. Haven't journaled because there hasn't been much change. I've gotten past the big changes in routine without straying from my diet plan, and except for today I have been up at 5am doing my workout routine early, before taking my daughter to school. Tomorrow I will see the orthopedic specialist for a determination on how to treat the tear in my shoulder. I would love to be able to return to some weight training, so hopefully he can help get me back there.
